Benchmark 9192 significantly reduces costly labor and downtime for grinding, cleaning and equipment change out. Application of the Benchmark 9192 is easy. It can be applied with a brush, dip or spray. The unique water based formula keeps welded surfaces cooler and helps prevent bowing. Benchmark 9192 is water based, free of any hazardous ingredients, and environmentally safe. It does NOT contain any types of solvents, ozone depletors, silicones, or oils. Benchmark 9192 can be safely handled with no special storage precautions.

ROBOTIC ANTI-SPATTER
Benchmark 963 was specially formulated to provide excellent protection against spatter adhesion to hotter running water and air cooled robotic torches, nozzles, tips, and reamer fixtures. Benchmark 963 significantly reduces costly labor and downtime while increasing the life of your consumables (tips, nozzles, reamers, etc..). The Benchmark 963 is applied automatically by pulse, it is fed to the nozzle for application by internal spray, piggybacking the gas line. The 963 works in all conventional systems including Abicor Binzel, Tweco, Tregaskis and many more. Benchmark 963 is organic based, free of any hazardous ingredients, and environmentally safe. It does NOT contain any types of solvents, ozone depletors or silicones. Benchmark 963 can be safelyhandled with no special storage precautions.
